For the Ladies: RAD

Good morning, everyone!

Today's post is for the ladies and tomorrow will be a post for the gentlemen. 

For the ladies today, I'll share information about a program done through the UNCW Police Department.  The UNCW Police Department offers RAD classes (Rape Aggression Defense) to female students throughout the semester. The program teaches realistic self-defense tactics and techniques in a hands-on style. Classes are facilitated through four 3-hour sessions over the course of two weeks, culminating in a chance to practice against a member of the UNCW PD!
