I hope you all had a great weekend. I wanted to let you all know about an event taking place this Wednesday in Wag. As this week is No Impact Week, Wagoner Hall will be hosting a No Impact Lunch from 10:30 am- 2:30 pm.
At this event, North Carolina vendors will showcase their products and give out samples ranging from chocolates to hot sauce. UNCW groups will promote their specific causes and share information with attendees about ways they too can minimize their impact on the environment. In addition to the farmer’s market, a local lunch will be served inside the dining hall incuding farm-raised tilapia, smoked turkey quesadillas, and eggplant ratatouille, all featuring products purchased from local vendors. Advanced tickets to the lunch can be purchased at any dining location for a discounted price of $7.00. Co-sponsored by Campus Dining and Housing & Residence Life.
